Adobo is one of the Filipinos favorite dish. But in this recipe we will add a fun and unique twist that the whole Family gonna surely Love!
Balsamic Rosemary Chicken Adobo
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 kilogram chicken wings and thighs.
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 whole heads unpeeled garlic. Sliced in half crosswise.
- 2 pieces bay leaf.
- 10 pepper corns.
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar.
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce.
- 1/4 cup dry white wine.
How to Cook:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Then saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken , bay leaves, peppercorns, balsamic vinegar and dried rosemary.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add soy sauce and white wine. Once boiling, lower heat and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
